In order to delete your profile please follow the steps:
| 1. From app menu select "Settings" - "Privacy". |
2. Then select "Delete Account". |
| 3. Tap the "Delete" button |
| 4. Final step, confirm that you want to delete your account by typing "Delete" and pressing the OK button. |
Once you have completed the above steps, you will receive an email informing you of the removal of your personal information from our system.
All the personal details of your account, either mandatory (such as your phone number) or optional (such as your name and email) are immediately deleted from our database.
It is noted that the recordings of the routes you have made through karoot will be preserved, without however being associated with your personal information, as they will have been completely deleted from our database.
