Issue with a previous ride

For any issues you encountered during a ride you completed, please follow the steps below:

• Tap the Menu icon at the top left corner of the main screen.
• Select "My Rides" and then choose the ride for which you need assistance.
• At the bottom of the details of the previous ride, you will find the help categories.
• Follow the instructions and select the issue you would like to report or choose "Help for another issue" in case you cannot find the help category you are looking for.
