In case you tried to contact your driver and failed, we can help you!
Select "My Τrips" from the app menu and open the past trip related to the problem you are having. Scroll down until you find the "Help with your trip" section, select "Find lost Item" and then "I couldn't reach my driver”.
Fill in your email (if it isn't already filled) and your message.
Finally press the "Submit a Request" button so that your message is sent directly to the Karoot team.
Please do not forget to provide us with full details regarding your trip & lost item.
