How do i identify the passenger?

Once the passenger enters your vehicle, an identification message will appear in your app with their name and the initial letter of their last name. You kindly ask if it is indeed e.g., George T. If they have not entered their details in their profile, the app will inform you to ask the passenger about your name & surname initial.
