How is my rating calculated?

After the end of each trip, the passenger and the driver can rate one another for their trip experience. The driver's rate is calculated every 100 trips and only the trips on which passengers have rated are calculated. At 5 stars, passengers also choose the reason why they loved their ride with you, and we will be happy to share it with you! The app will not match you with a passenger you've rated very low. The goal is to ensure the best ride experience for everyone.
