Change payment method

Before and during a trip, you can choose to select or change your preferred payment method, cash, or card.

In the case of cash, you can also ask your driver to pay through his POS machine, but note that taxi drivers are not obliged by law to own one.

If you were asked by your driver to pay by cash even though you selected card payment through your karoot app, please let us know by filling out the request form and press the "Submit" button.
