How to upload Vehicle's Documents

To upload a document related to a vehicles, follow the steps below:

• Log in to the app
• From the menu select "Vehicles"
• Select the vehicle whose documents you want to update
• Select the "Documents" tab

Here you can see all the documents required for vehicle approval, see their status (Approved, Rejected, Waiting for approval), delete them and upload a new document.

Important Note:

• Every time you upload a new document, it will go into approval pending status until it is approved by the relevant Karoot department.
• To receive ride requests through the app, all driver's documents and at least one vehicle's documents must be approved.
• IDs expire 15 years from the date of issue. If you have an expired ID, please send an update to support@thekaroot.com, along with your driver's license, to get your account approved.
• In order for documents you upload to the app to be accepted, they must be legible and show all four corners of each document, without glare or blurring.
