For any issue you faced on a trip you completed, please follow the below steps:
- In your app, tap the menu icon on the top left side of the main screen.
- Select ‘My trips’ and then the past trip you need help for.
- In the middle of the past trip details, you will find the trip issue categories.
- Follow the prompts and select the issue you want to report or select "Get trip help for other issue" in case you cannot find your trip issue category.
