There are 3 ways you can rate your experience with your driver:
- You can rate right after the completion of your trip. You select the number of stars you wish and select the reason for your rating.
- You can rate through your «Trip details» email you receive after the trip is completed. Tap the «Rate your experience» button and follow the same process described above.
- You can also rate by tapping the menu icon on the top left side of the main screen, selecting «My Trips» and then the past trip you want to rate. In the middle of the past trip details, you will find the rating option, which is available for 36 hours after the completion of the trip. Tap to rate your experience with the driver and follow the same process described above.
