A driver's overall rating is an average of his or her last 100 rated trips. All ratings are anonymous, and the drivers don’t see the ratings in real time.
Providing a 5-star rating, means you were satisfied with your trip experience with your driver, and we ask you for the main reason for your excellent rating, to encourage the driver for his/her quality services. Providing less than 5-star rating means there was an issue with your experience.
If we see 1-star ratings for specific drivers we take it into consideration for pausing or ending our partnership.
