How to tip

Tipping a driver is not obligatory. There are 2 ways you can tip your driver based on your preferred payment method.

• Cash: you can directly give the driver the extra amount you wish, by adding it to your cash payment. If your preferred way is to pay via POS, you can tell the driver to include the extra amount on the POS machine.
• Card: while you are on trip and you select to see more details on your screen, you can find the option to add a tip to your driver. Tip starts from €0.50 to €30.00 and you can make as many adjustments as you wish until the end of your trip. The app also sends you a pop up message asking if you want to add a tip to your driver a few minutes before reaching your destination.
