While setting your trip, by selecting the "Trip options" button, you can send a message to your driver which he will see right after he accepts your trip request. When your driver reads your message, you receive a notification "Your message has been read".
While your driver is approaching, you can either message or call your driver.
After the end of your trip, go to your app menu icon, select "My trips" and select to see your preferred trip details.
You can find the "Call driver" option which is available for 48 hours after the end of your trip.
