What is the Taxi Wallet and how does it work?

The Taxi Wallet is a payment method designed for your transportation needs. You can create it instantly within the app, and it comes with its own IBAN — a unique digital bank account number. Using this IBAN, you can load money from your real bank account and use it for your rides with Karoot.

How does it work?

• You can add money to your Taxi Wallet by transferring funds from your bank to the IBAN linked to your account.
• From the balance you load, you can pay for rides, either for yourself or for other Karoot users.
• Any remaining funds after 3 months are automatically transferred back to your bank account.
