How do I transfer money to other karoot user accounts?

To transfer money to other karoot accounts you must first activate the VBAN and deposit in this VBAN at least the amount you want to offer to one or more Karoot user accounts.
If the above applies, you can transfer "Balances" to a new Beneficiary by following the steps below:

• Go to the "Balance" menu
• Select the "Beneficiaries" tab
• Click "Add New"
• On the screen that appeared, enter the mobile phone number used to connect to the application by the beneficiary you want to add.
• Here you see your available balance and you can choose to either give the beneficiary all of your balance or part of it, by entering the exact amount in the corresponding field.
• Finally select "Add".

Note:

• You have the possibility at any time to delete the remaining amount of the balance you have offered to a beneficiary. In that case, this amount will return back to your balance.
• 3 months after depositing an amount to your VBAN, the remaining amount of that deposit will be returned back to the bank account from where it was deposited. This means that the corresponding amount will be deducted from your Balance as well as from the corresponding balance you have offered to other user accounts.
