I won a promo! Where can I find it and how can I use it?

Congratulations on winning the promo! If it's a first ride promo, follow the instructions in the article  I won a first trip promo. What should I do?
If it's any other promo, then stay here!

It is important to select your coupon as a payment method before completing the trip on which you want to use it, so that you can earn the discount of the corresponding amount on it.

Where can I find my promo?

You will open the application and go to the Payments menu. There, in the promo section, you will find the available promo for your account. By clicking on the promo you are interested in, you will see more information about it, e.g. until what date you can use it, what amount it offers you, etc.

It is important to remember that in order to use a coupon, you must have a card or Apple/Google Pay selected as payment methods.
 

How do I use the promo on my first trip?

To be able to use the coupon you need:

• either go to the "Payments" menu before your first trip, or press the "payment" button before searching for a taxi or after calling and during your first trip
   

From the application menu, select "Payments"

Before searching for a taxi, you can select the "Pay" button.

After requesting a taxi, while waiting, or during the ride, you can select the "payment" button.

• enter and select a debit/credit card or Apple/Google Pay as a payment method in the application so that it can be used for the difference that may arise upon completion of your first trip. 
  For example, if the amount you earned for your first ride is €5 and your ride costs €7, the difference of €2 will have to be paid from the card you enter in the application.
